Inside Touch

Tap the ball side to side using the inside of each foot, alternating continuously. This is the move that teaches your feet to stay connected to the ball while your weight shifts.

This is Ball Boss Skill 3. Practise it here. Prove it when you’re tested.



  1. Stand with the ball between your feet
  2. Use the inside of your right foot to tap the ball to the left
  3. Use the inside of your left foot to tap it back to the right
  4. Keep alternating — find a rhythm
  5. The ball should stay close, never more than a foot away

Focus on: staying upright and balanced. Don’t lunge for the ball — keep it tight.
