Outside Circle – Left Foot

Build control and coordination on your weaker side. Same movement, same control.

Most players avoid their weaker foot. That’s exactly why it falls behind. This is the same skill as the right-foot version — do it just as many times, just as carefully.

  1. Place the ball in front of you
  2. Use the outside of your left foot to push the ball in a circle around your body
  3. Keep the ball close — no big kicks
  4. Stay balanced on your right foot as you move
  5. Complete the circle and go again

Focus on: keeping the same quality as your right foot. If it feels awkward, that’s exactly why you’re doing it.

“Use your left foot. Stay controlled and balanced.”

Game Smarts Challenge

10 in a row = ready for testing. If your left foot is weaker, give it more reps than your right — not fewer. No bobbles, no restarts.
