Alternating taps on top of the ball with your toes. This is about touch and rhythm — not speed. Get comfortable making light, consistent contact before you worry about anything else.

Watch & Practice

- Tap the top of the ball lightly with your right toe
- Switch — tap with your left toe
- Keep alternating at a steady rhythm
- The ball barely moves — this is about touch, not power
Focus on: a light touch. The goal is rhythm, not height.
