Toe Taps

Alternating taps on top of the ball with your toes. This is about touch and rhythm — not speed. Get comfortable making light, consistent contact before you worry about anything else.

  1. Stand with the ball directly in front of you
  2. Tap the top of the ball lightly with your right toe
  3. Switch — tap with your left toe
  4. Keep alternating at a steady rhythm
  5. The ball barely moves — this is about touch, not power

Focus on: a light touch. The goal is rhythm, not height.
