At PFC, rewards mean something. You earn them by doing the work — not by showing up.

A button is proof of a skill. You practised it at home, your parent confirmed it, and your coach tested it. That’s what the button represents.

Reward Gear

We’re still deciding what the reward gear will be — and we want players and parents to help choose.

What would you most want to earn? We’re collecting feedback from the team before locking anything in.

Options being considered:

  • Captain’s armbands — the current leading concept
  • Headbands — black with gold stripe, worn to training
  • Wristbands — a lightweight, easy-to-wear option

Nothing is locked in yet. Your coach will share more once there’s been a chance to hear from the whole team.

How to Earn Reward Gear

Section titled “How to Earn Reward Gear”
  1. Complete a full button pathway (5 sessions × 10 minutes, parent sign-off)
  2. Pass the coach test
  3. Button earned
  4. Reward gear eligibility unlocked — ask your coach what’s available this season

The final reward structure will be set with player and parent input. Your coach will announce what’s confirmed.
