Inside Bent and Placed
This is the shot you use when you need to place the ball — not blast it. The inside of the foot gives you bend and control. Pick your corner and put it there.
This is Shooting Drill 2.
Watch & Practice
Section titled “Watch & Practice”How to Do It
Section titled “How to Do It”- Approach the ball at a slight angle
- Plant your standing foot next to the ball
- Strike with the inside of your foot — across the ball, not through the centre
- Follow through toward your target corner
- The ball should curve slightly toward the far post
Focus on: wrapping your foot around the ball. The bend comes from the side contact.
