Wall Warrior

Wall Warrior is your third button pathway. Eight drills. One test. One button.

Wall passing builds real technique — first touch, passing rhythm, and control off both feet. Every drill in this pathway transfers directly to match play.

To earn your Wall Warrior button: complete 5 sessions of 10 minutes (50 minutes total), then pass your coach test.

Work through them in order. Each one builds on the last.

8Passing ChallengePutting it all together

Your coach will ask you to demonstrate wall passing with both feet. The target is clean, controlled passing — inside, laces, one touch, two touch.

You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be consistent. Practise until each technique feels routine.

  1. Train the eight drills at home
  2. Complete 5 sessions of 10 minutes
  3. Have a parent confirm your sessions
  4. Tell your coach you’re ready
  5. Pass the coach test
  6. Button earned

You’re ready when you can:

  • Pass cleanly off the wall with both feet — inside and laces
  • Control the return — one touch or two, without losing the ball
  • Switch feet smoothly — alternating left and right without breaking rhythm
