Get Your First 10 Juggles
Juggling is the second button pathway. Five drills. One test. One button.
The goal is simple: 10 juggles in a row in front of your coach.
Getting there takes practice. These drills break it down into steps you can actually do at home today.
To earn your Juggling button: complete 5 sessions of 10 minutes (50 minutes total), then pass your coach test.
The Five Drills
Section titled “The Five Drills”Work through them in order. Start at the beginning every session — they’re short enough.
| # | Drill | What you’re building |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Flick Up | Getting the ball off the ground under control |
| 2 | Foot Stall | Top-of-foot control |
| 3 | One Touch Catch | Foot contact and coordination |
| 4 | Two Touch Alternating Catch | Coordination and direction of touch |
| 5 | All Together | Putting it all together |
The Coach Test
Section titled “The Coach Test”Your coach will ask you to juggle freely. The target is 10 juggles in a row.
You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be consistent. Practise until 10 feels routine.
