Laces One Touch Alternating Passing



Laces passing with both feet — coordination and foot-to-foot rhythm using the instep on each side.


  • Alternate feet: right laces, left laces, right laces — keep the pattern
  • Same technique on both sides — don’t favour your stronger foot
  • The ball should land in the same spot on the wall each time
